“The Rachel Waters Award For Commitment” was kindly suggested by Llanelli Lifesaving Club, Rachel was an active member of the club.The award is ongoing and will be presented yearly to the member who the club believes has shown the most commitment.

The first winner of this award is Ross Uccheddu and was presented with the Plaque by Tom Waters
